Labs khave been issued vide CC-49/2005 dated & again clarified vide CC-64/2005 dated. Instructions on the checking of accuracy of electro mechanical meters (single/three phase) being replaced with electronic meters in M.E. As a result the consumers are facing hardship. However in cases where oil filled 11KV CT/PT Units are being replaced, as a drive with pilferage resistant dry type 11KV CT/PT Units, no such instruction regarding their checking in ME Labs are there.
